Strobe Light in Pest-X-Repel Electronic Repellers
Strobe light technology is often used as a supplementary means of pest control in uninhabited spaces. Electronic repellers that utilize this technology typically do so in conjunction with other methods of pest control. Strobe light flashes exhibit a dual effect. Firstly, through high-intensity, low-frequency flashes they affect the eyesight of rodents, as well as their ability to move within the control area. Furthermore, when multiple strobe lights are used, the alternating flashes cast moving shadow patterns, which rodents associate with an incoming threat.
Rodents tend to seek out dark and secluded areas for nesting and breeding purposes. Introducing strobe light flashes into the control area creates an environment that feels unstable and unsafe, which creates a strong incentive for them to flee and seek shelter elsewhere.
How Strobe Light Technology is Used in Pest-X-Repel Repellers
Pest-X-Repel models utilise this technology as an accompanying feature to ultrasonic and electromagnetic emissions. The strobe light function of our combined action PR-500.2 and PR-500.3 repellers can be toggled on/off, making it a perfect solution for both uninhabited spaces, such as attics and warehouses, as well as a means of supplementing the effectiveness of ultrasound and electromagnetic waves, whenever appropriate. Typical applications include nighttime hours in kitchens, offices and etc. Using multiple units in the same room will enhance their ultrasonic/electromagnetic effects and will allow for the creation of an alternating flash pattern.
