The PR-220.6 is a highly effective, environmentally-friendly solution for indoor rodent infestations.
Through the use of laboratory-tested ultrasound emission technology, the PR-220.6 targets pests both in their lairs and out in the open. INSTALLATION AND COMPLEMENTARY ACTION
The PR-220.6 is incredibly easy to use. Simply plug the device in and make sure it is on by checking the status LED. It will flash multiple times to indicate that the unit has entered normal operation mode. Use the "SET" button toggle through the three working modes of the PR-220.6. Alternatively, press and hold the "SET" button to make the indicator lights on the device flash consecutively. When the light of the desired mode is on, release the button to select it.
MODE I - frequency range of 20 to 30 kHz - Effective against mice, rats, spiders and other insects.
MODE II - frequency range of 14 to 41 kHz - Effective against mice, rats, spiders, squirrels weasels, foxes, polecats, dogs, cats, etc.
MODE III - frequency range of 8 to 41 kHz - Effective against rats, spiders, squirrels weasels, foxes, polecats, dogs, cats, etc. The device is most effective in this mode of operation.
To get the most out of your PR-220.6, it is important to ensure that there are no soft furnishings to obstruct the dispersion of the ultrasonic waves. Solid objects such as walls, cupboards, appliances and etc. are not an issue and could even benefit the coverage of the PR-220.6 through creating a ricochet pattern.
In larger spaces, or rooms with a more complex layout, an additional PR-220.6 unit could be used to ensure that less accessible areas are being treated. Position the PR-220.6 as close to the infestation area as possible. For optimal performance, do not turn off the device. Avoid placing the PR-220.6 in direct sunlight and make sure to keep it away from water at all times It is advisable to provide several noticeable exits from the control area.
Once the infestation has been treated, it is best to seal off any possible entrances, such as holes in the walls and floors. These precautions will contribute to a quicker initial effect of the PR-220.6, as well as more pronounced and durable results.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The first signs of the effect of the PR-220.6 normally become apparent within 10-12 days. Peak performance is usually achieved about a week later.
During this period any sudden rise in rodent activity is nothing to worry about, as the initial discomfort caused by the electromagnetic waves causes pests to flee their shelters.
